About Me
Dr. Furth is a native Texan who attended medical school at Texas A&M University in the Austin area. He has lived in the East Bay since starting pediatric residency at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in Oakland.
With a Master’s Degree in Public Health, Dr. Furth is passionate about partnering with families and communities to promote each child’s health. He also prioritizes healthy daily habits, nutrition, and physical activity to help children live healthy lives.
He has spent time living in Medellín, Colombia to hone his Spanish language skills and enjoys working with families from all backgrounds and viewpoints.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with family and friends, spending time with animals (including his two cats, Mochi and Eevee), serving his East Bay community, and exploring the outdoors of Northern California.
