Your Child’s Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so our patient services representative can prepare you for your visit and update your personal insurance information.
Appointments for Same-day Care

We will attempt to schedule the appointment with your child’s primary care provider (PCP), but on occasion, your child may be seen by another doctor in our office.
Copies of Medical Records or Imaging Studies
To receive copies of your child’s medical record, please call our office to request a release form.

Medication Refills
Please contact your pharmacy. The pharmacist will send a request to your child’s doctor to approve the refill. Please allow 3 business days for a routine refill request. If you are out of medication, please let the pharmacist know so that they can expedite the request.
How To Confirm Your Child’s Appointment is Covered by Your Insurance
The best source for this information your insurance provider. Their customer service number is on the back of your insurance card. Since there are hundreds of health care plans available to patients, we may not be familiar with the terms of each patient’s plan.
